Me gusta muchísimo desde que era una niña, cuando llegaba del colegio a almorzar, para mí no había una comida mejor que esta, me encantaba comerla mezclada con un poco de arroz blanco o acompañada con un cremoso puré de patatas. Hoy la serví con couscous integral. Y la verdad combina de maravilla con la sémola de trigo. A usar la carne picada con vegetales.
